Writing, speaking and training
NeuroInclusion In Bloom grew out of the publication of my first book “Neurodiversity in The Workplace: how to create a safe and inclusive environment.”. I began getting bookings for speaking events, successfully generating interest from several employers and delivering talks on inclusion for a wide range of organisations, including an energy company, NHS Trusts, charities and local authorities. I have also appeared on national radio, live panel discussions and been interviewed for magazine features.
I realised that there was a need for learning more about inclusion, hearing lived experiences, alongside a real excitement for my book. I began considering ways I could provide previous professional experiences as a youth worker, expanding beyond workplaces, and into youth organisations and schools. As enabling young people to understand inclusion, equips them with the skills to recognise inclusive practices when they enter the workplace.
NeuroInclusion In Bloom offers speaking, training and workshops focusing on inclusion, neurodivergence and personal development. Alongside writing services, that includes one off commissions of articles or blog posts, and more in-depth comms and campaigns for charities highlighting inclusive messaging.
I am committed to supporting others to move towards change, and design workplaces, youth spaces and communities that centre inclusion. I want organisations to consider what inclusion really means in policy and practice, and to share my dream for a better, fairer and more just world for neurodivergent folk in the workplace. I believe that if we work together, we can achieve that dream.
NeuroInclusion In Bloom combines my expertise in communications, writing, journalism and youth work, alongside lived experience of neurodivergence to provide speaking, writing and training for charities, businesses, schools, and youth organisations.
